If you choose this program you should possess qualities such as precision and practical skills, while being clever with your hands in general. You should be independent as well as a good team player, because Building and Construction focus on co-operation between different work sectors.

The education programme includes production, building, reconstruction and maintenance of buildings, and constructions with technical installations included. This results in professions where there are strict regulations when it comes to quality and safety.
 
The Building and Construction education also allow for other possibilities when it comes to continuing education towards professions such as technician, engineer or architect.

General university and college credentials are acquirable through Engineer College.
